Bratsk Pulp-and-Paper College has been carrying out the training of mid-level specialists for the city and the region for more than 50 years. Today the college is the largest specialized secondary educational institution in the territory of Siberia and the Far East.

Over 15000 of its graduates work in forest, pulp and paper industry, and also at leading enterprises of the city and the region. Powerful material and technical facilities, experienced and highly skilled pedagogical staff allow to train the competitive specialists who meet all the modern requirements.

The training is conducted at three faculties: Mechanical-Technological Faculty, Power Engineering Faculty and Faculty of Correspondence Course.

On the area more than 32 thousand  square meters there are 30 laboratories, 45 educational offices, a library, three gyms, the assembly hall for 500 places, a health center, a dining room, industrial practice workshops, the center of professional training, the social and psychological center

BPPC actively cooperates with the enterprises and the organizations of the city acting as the employers for students and graduates of the college.

Advanced technologies of training, IT-technologies, psychological maintenance of teaching and educational process, good organization of rest, leisure and life of students makes the college attractive for youth.

Teachers and students of the college are actively engaged into research work, participate into city, regional, All-Russian and international research conferences and contests where they take prizes.

In 2014 for the high rates in the field of training of specialists with secondary professional education Bratsk Pulp-and-Paper College of FSBEI HE "BrSU" was awarded with the gold medal "European Quality" in the nomination "100 of the best Secondary Special Educational Institutions of Russia". The enrolment is carried out on the basis of the results of mastering educational program of the basic general or secondary general education, specified in submitted documents on education of Government-approved form.
